Refresher: 'The Basis of Co-ordination'
June 30 – July 4 ; Monday – Friday 9:00 – 12noon
$575, includes 2 private lessons
The natural movements of the well co-ordinated child and
adult hold a special attraction that is universally
recognized. During this refresher, we’ll explore the
meaning of "Back back" in the context of developmental
movement and the Dart Procedures. This Refresher will be an
expansion of our 2008 AGM workshop.
Teachers:
Rose
Bronec, Director of
Alexander Technique Urbana (ATU), trained with Goddard
Binkley at the Chicago Center for the Alexander Technique,
certifying in 1980. In 1991, Rose assisted and later
co-directed, at the Urbana Center for the Alexander
Technique with Joan and Alex Murray, until opening ATU in
1999.
Rick Carbaugh
began his training with
Goddard Binkley at the Chicago Center for the Alexander
Technique in 1979, graduating 15 years later, in 1994, with
Joan and Alex Murray at the Urbana Center for the Alexander
Technique. Rick is a Faculty Member at Alexander Technique
Urbana.
